Big time scammers. I attempted to make a purchase and had 2 "error" codes both from my US based bank flagging them as SUSPECT.

I've been buying formal shirts for work from Charles Tyrwhitt for years - the quality is excellent and they are incredible value for money. The variety of sizes, fits and options such as sleeve length mean that you can get a shirt that fits pretty much as well as one that's been specially tailored for you.
Recently I've tried some of their casual clothes, and wasn't disappointed. I've even started ordering online, and I am impressed by the ease with which you can return clothes that don't fit.
Overall, I'd highly recommend them.

I went to the store in Bicester village, loved the quality and variety of sizes available in shirts. My size was not in stock so they had them delivered to my home from the warehouse.

I ordered 6 shirts which arrived to the US within a few weeks. All shirts were faulty. They had different distances between the two top buttons and the two top buttonholes. This makes the shirts unusable. The return process is easy, but CT has not refunded the cost in full.
It is not reasonable to pay shipment or other costs for a faulty product.

I like their shirts and find them comfortable but the service hasn't always been great. For example once waited about a week for my order to arrive which should have come within 2-3 days. Also paid for next day delivery and order never arrived the next day.
